A good hotel could be better with a few tweaks
Close to bars and restaurants+ clean. The guy on reception on 3rd day was great , good information and happy + attentive
The guy behind reception for the first 2 days was useless , he had no charisma & was not good with information .walls from the rooms are very thin , so noisy people can be annoying

Wonderful
The location is great; on a quiet street but just minutes away from Corso Umberto. The staff is nice and friendly, especially the cleaning lady. The pool area is definitely a plus, though it stays in the shadow from approximately 1pm onwards (September). Great breakfast selection! Though coffee is served to the tables, so I wish there was at least filter coffee option as self service. Easier for us whose minimum coffee cup size is Starbucks tall. :) All in all I had a nice stay, grazie!
Really a small thing, and I appreciate the gesture, but cleaning is actually too thorough. In my opinion it should always be optional, or at least the towels shouldn't be changed daily if not specifically requested. It is unnecessary and not environmentally friendly.

We moved here from the other property that we had booked for five nights at was so unhappy with it we booked this proper
Location is very good property was very clean
